Mike Giallombardo
Mike Giallombardo is a combat veteran and experienced leader with a distinguished career spanning military, business, and public service. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to national security, innovation, and community impact.
During Operation Iraqi Freedom, Mike deployed with the 4th Infantry Division, where he conducted raids, combat patrols, key leader engagements, interrogations, and intelligence operations.
With 17 years of service as a U.S. Army Warrant Officer, Mike continues to serve as a Chief Warrant Officer in the Army National Guard.
In the private sector, Mike is the CEO of IRIS Tech, a software platform supporting law enforcement and military industries. He also leads Total Intelligence Group, which specializes in cybersecurity assessments and the commercialization of intellectual property.
Mike currently serves in the Florida House of Representatives, focusing on initiatives that support public safety, economic growth, and veterans’ services. He is married and the proud father of three children, continuing a life dedicated to service and leadership.

Tim Masshardt
Tim Masshardt is a Co-Founder and current COO of IRIS Tech, Inc. Tim is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and an Army veteran. Tim enlisted in the Army in 2003 and served nine years as a Cryptologic Language Analyst and Intelligence Analyst. During his time in the service, Tim deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom working with Coalition Forces. After leaving the service in 2012, Tim spent the next three years as an instructor at the Military Intelligence Schoolhouse. From 2015 to 2018, Tim worked on several contracts within the DOJ. He reconnected with fellow veteran and Co-Founder, Mike Giallombardo, in 2019. Together, they formed IRIS Tech in 2020 and began to work on developing the Intelligence Request & Information System (IRIS).
